Our fully automated, predictive maintenance program includes vibration measurements taken on critical equipment within your facility. Our systematic method of monitoring and trending rotating equipment on a regularly schedule basis helps to determine the condition of machines subject to wear and tear.
INFRARED THERMOGRAPHY
Through infrared thermal imaging, potential problems can be easily identified and evaluated often months in advance of becoming visually apparent. This allows the replacement of components and equipment to be carried out as part of a structured maintenance plan.
LASER ALIGNMENT
Our laser alignment offers unsurpassed accuracy and reliability. Precision alignment is cost efficient in that it reduces energy consumption and allows for longer life of components. It also minimizes strain and ensures that machines run as effectively as possible.
FIELD BALANCING

Our on site balancing of overhung and centerhung industrial application will decrease the level of vibration to meet general machinery standards as well as industry approved ISO standards.
